    Quality Knife

Posted by Guy W on 3rd Jul 2019

I used a couple of their knives and they were pretty good in the kill floor. Very hard steel similar to the F. DICK KNIVES but they were relatively thick. Pretty cheap too. Not sure what anyone else thinks about them as I didn't know many people who used them.

    Used for skinning lamb

Posted by Unknown on 20th Apr 2017

Blade seems to do well for the kill, i dont know how well it did really for the skin out, my old worn out blade seemed to actually work better.

Might just need time and a few extra sharpens to get going and getting used to it - very happy with the overall performance and quality
