Hand Hygiene Turnstile - Sanitise
This turnstile is an integrated sanitise access control station that enforces hand hygiene before entry into production areas. It dispenses soap or disinfectant onto both hands simultaneously, and only once the cycle is correctly completed does the tripod unlock to allow a controlled one third turn entry.
This system ensures staff cannot bypass hygiene procedures, making it ideal for food processing plants, pharmaceutical environments, and facilities requiring strict hygiene compliance. Its compact modular design allows flexible installation and integration with existing hygiene or access systems.

Automatic dispensers operate in a contactless manner to reduce the risk of pathogen transmission. The system allows programming of individual cycle times and liquid dosing quantities to suit site requirements. Its modular design supports integration with time recording or shoe washing systems.
The unit can be configured for left or right installation and mounted to walls, floors, barriers, rails, shoe washers, or existing workstations. Vent air buttons and an emergency passage function in case of power failure are included. It is available with a spring drive as standard or an optional mechatronic drive. The mechatronic option includes an anti vandalism audible alarm function and a more forceful push or removal of employee.
