As MEFE’s founder and Managing Director, he leads the company’s vision and innovation strategy, drawing on deep industry knowledge to deliver reliable, high-performing solutions for food processors across Australia and New Zealand.

Keagan oversees daily operations, ensuring projects run smoothly from production through to customer delivery. He focuses on efficiency, teamwork and maintaining MEFE’s high standards across the business.

Jessie leads our customer relationships across Australia & NZ, with a focus on delivering tailored solutions for food processors.

Maddie drives MEFE’s marketing strategy, brand presence and digital engagement. She oversees campaigns, events, and communications that support sales and strengthen relationships with customers.

Debbie manages supplier relationships and sourcing, ensuring MEFE’s customers have access to the right products at the right time. She focuses on reliability, accuracy and cost efficiency in purchasing.

Melinda manages finance and accounting for MEFE, supporting both the leadership team and customers. Her focus is on accuracy, compliance and clear reporting to keep the business running smoothly.

Daniel oversees incoming goods and coordinates warehouse repairs. With hands-on technical skills, he ensures stock is received, checked, and serviced to maintain MEFE’s high quality standards.
